Services are primarily designed for UK residents and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with appropriate notice to subscribers.

Our financial planning services are available to individuals aged 18 and over who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice, with services continuing until the end of the current billing period.

Our liability for any claims related to our financial planning services is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or financial losses resulting from implementation of our recommendations.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tivoranexulo Financial Planning, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through the following process:

Any legal proceedings relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, with invalid provisions replaced by valid terms that most closely reflect the original intent.
